1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1.1 You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • You purchased the product directly from our website.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You initiate the return or refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at Customercare@waistlessfit.com within 14 days of the original purchase date to request a return authorization.

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

  • Our Customer Support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address.

2.2 You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original condition, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 business days.

3.2 Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

3.3 If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong product or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Exchanges

4.1 If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined in section 2 and indicate your desire for an exchange.

4.2 If the desired exchange product is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. If the desired exchange product is not available, we will process a refund as outlined in section 3.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team at Customercare@waistlessfit.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

5.2 Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any relevant photos.

5.3 We will evaluate the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the product for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1 Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and digital downloads.
